My family absolutely loves it and prefers the previous gas BBQ that I had. This unit is also way faster to clean than the previous unit. Essentially, I let the charcoal burn out and then hoover up the ash. I use a tiny bit of detergent and a damp cloth to wipe off any fat from the body of the BBQ and just wash the grates in the sink and then dry them Overall, this is a fabulous unit.
